About Reorder PDF Pages
Sometimes a PDF arrives with pages in the wrong order: a multi-page scan with a misplaced sheet, an exported report where the cover ended up at the end, or an assembled bundle where two sections got swapped. Convertora's reorder tool gives you a visual page grid where you drag pages into the correct sequence, then saves a new PDF in exactly that order.
Because the entire document is rendered as page thumbnails in your browser, you can see the contents of each page while you rearrange them — no flipping back to a separate viewer to check what's on page 47. Drag-and-drop is touch-friendly and works on phones, tablets, and laptops alike.
The grid doubles as a light editing pass: any page you remove from the grid is left out of the saved file, so you can drop a blank or duplicated page while you're fixing the order, in the same step.
How to use it
- 1Upload a PDF (up to 100 MB). Convertora renders every page as a thumbnail in a grid.
- 2Drag thumbnails to rearrange them. The grid always reflects the order the saved file will have.
- 3Remove any page you don't want — useful for blanks and accidental duplicates.
- 4Click Save Reordered PDF. The pages are copied into a fresh document in the new order.
- 5Download the result, saved with a -reordered suffix. Your original file is unchanged.
Common use cases
- Moving a cover page from the back of an export to the front.
- Fixing a scan where one sheet was fed out of sequence.
- Swapping two sections of a proposal without regenerating it from the source document.
- Putting the signature page last before sending a contract for countersignature.

Tips
- Reverse a short document by dragging the last page to the front repeatedly — handy for scans captured back-to-front. For long documents this gets tedious, so consider re-scanning in order instead.
- Do your reordering before adding page numbers or bookmarks; both depend on final page positions.
100% private — runs in your browser
Convertora processes everything on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Files never leave your browser, are never uploaded to a server, and are never seen by us or anyone else. The moment you close the tab, the data is gone — there is no temporary cloud copy, no log entry, no retained backup.
Because the work happens locally, processing speed depends on your device — but there are no rate limits, no daily caps, and no file size restrictions beyond what your browser can handle in memory. No signup, no account, no payment. The tool works the same in incognito mode, on a corporate network, or after the page has loaded once, even with the network disconnected.
