About SVG to PNG
SVG is the right format for logos, icons, and diagrams — infinitely scalable, tiny, editable as text. But the wider world often wants pixels: chat apps and social platforms won't render uploaded SVGs, office documents handle them inconsistently, and many CMSes block them outright (an SVG can contain scripts, so platforms are wary). When that wall appears, you rasterize.
Convertora renders SVGs to PNG in your browser at your choice of 1x to 4x scale, using the browser's own SVG engine — the same renderer that displays SVGs on web pages, so what you see is what you get. Transparency is preserved in the PNG output, and there's also a PDF output mode for when the destination is a document rather than an image slot. Up to 10 files per batch, processed locally with no upload.
How to use it
- 1Upload one or more .svg files (up to 10, each up to 10MB).
- 2Pick a scale — 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x. The SVG's own dimensions (from its width/height or viewBox) are multiplied by this factor, so a 200×100 SVG at 4x becomes an 800×400 PNG.
- 3Choose PNG or PDF output.
- 4Click Convert. Each SVG is rendered onto a canvas at the chosen resolution, and each result downloads individually with the original base name.
Common use cases
- Converting a logo to PNG for platforms that reject SVG uploads — social profiles, marketplaces, app stores.
- Producing raster icons at 2x–4x for use in presentations and Office documents.
- Exporting diagrams from design tools as images for chat, email, and tickets.
- Generating a high-resolution PNG of a chart or illustration for print layouts.

Tips
- For crisp results in slides and documents, render at least 2x the size you'll display — screens with high-DPI displays will thank you.
- Need the artwork inside a PDF alongside other content? Convert to PNG here, then assemble with the Image to PDF tool.
100% private — runs in your browser
Convertora processes everything on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Files never leave your browser, are never uploaded to a server, and are never seen by us or anyone else. The moment you close the tab, the data is gone — there is no temporary cloud copy, no log entry, no retained backup.
Because the work happens locally, processing speed depends on your device — but there are no rate limits, no daily caps, and no file size restrictions beyond what your browser can handle in memory. No signup, no account, no payment. The tool works the same in incognito mode, on a corporate network, or after the page has loaded once, even with the network disconnected.
